SALON POLICIES

All appointments will need a credit card on file to schedule.

Your appointments are very important to the Shear Envy team. The time is reserved especially for you, though we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any cancellation made less than 24-hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the starting price of the reserved appointment. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount and a deposit will be required for all future appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the length of time needed for hair color, chemical, and extension services: clients must pay a deposit of $50 to secure their appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total payment the day of the appointment. Deposits are refundable if canceled 24-hours prior to the appointment.

We will try our best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. If you will be more than 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, you may have to forgo parts of the service you have scheduled, in order to keep it within the time allotted for you, or you may reschedule the appointment for a different time which will result in a cancellation fee.

LATE POLICY

We love having you in our space! Shear Envy Salon asks that you come alone to your appointments. Please no additional guests. Shear Envy Salon is a very inclusive space. Room for our creativity, and a relaxing atmosphere for guests is truly needed for your best possible experience.

Unless your guest is receiving a service at the same time as yours, we ask for them to return upon your finished transformation.

If you need to bring a small child with you to your appointment and they are not receiving a service, please notify the salon coordinator, so that we can make preparations to find an appointment time that would work best for all.

If your child is receiving a service, we ask that only one parent or guardian be present.

GUESTS

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within five days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services adjusted. Issues reported after five days will be assessed on a case by case basis.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair, we want you to be happy with the products to purchase. We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any purchases within 15 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on retail products.
